Born and raised in Tampa, Stefan is a graduate of Jesuit High School (’03), the University of South Florida (’08), and Stetson University College of Law (’12). He spent several years in Washington, D.C. immediately after law school, before his love for all things Tampa Bay brought him back home. After years of practicing at large national law firms, Stefan opened his real estate law practice in 2020. Driven by a relentless desire to provide unparalleled real estate services for clients, Stefan shortly thereafter became an owner and operator of a boutique, concierge title and escrow services company based in historic Hyde Park.
 
Whether it was in his law practice, behind-the-scenes clearing title, or at the closing table, Stefan realized that there was still more to offer. With a unique blend of professional expertise, market insights, and white glove service, he became a real estate agent to better serve the needs of his clients. Stefan specializes in real estate acquisitions, development, new construction, and sales in both residential and commercial markets. He also regularly works with developers, builders, and investors at every stage of the real estate transaction process to ensure that his client’s interests are served from the initial contract through the day of closing, and every step in between.
 
When Stefan is not hard at work for you in the real estate world, you can find him with his wife, their two sons, and their miniature schnauzer, Charlie Briggs. He also loves any opportunity to play golf, tennis, and pickleball with friends, and eat and drink his way through his hometown.
